150th Celebration: Reformed Touchstones Lecture

Join us for an evening of discovery and reflection as Dr. Karin Maag and Sam Ha explore how Reformed Christians have engaged Scripture across the centuries.
Dr. Maag will open with a fascinating look at how the Bible was printed, distributed, and read during the Reformation, featuring rare early modern Bibles from the Meeter Center’s collection. Then, Sam Ha will offer insight into John Calvin’s deeply pastoral approach to Scripture, showing how his reading of suffering brought comfort and courage to believers in hard times.
Come early for refreshments and conversation, and stay for a thought-provoking evening that connects our Reformed heritage to the ways we continue to read and live out Scripture today.
