Practice Replenishment: A Retreat for Ministry Leaders
Maintaining Your Emotional and Spiritual Health While Caring for Others
The pandemic and its aftermath have left many ministry leaders feeling stretched and stressed. At the same time, leaders are responsible for caring for congregations and families that are experiencing significant challenges related to mental health and well-being. This daylong retreat is designed to help ministry leaders regain a feeling of replenishment while gaining practical skills for helping others. Participants will leave the retreat with concrete tools and strategies for maintaining their own well-being while responding to the needs of those around them.

Dr. Aaron Einfeld - Director of Lifelong Learning and Program Consultant for the Next Steps Initiative
As a Birkman certified coach, Aaron has supported seminary students and pastors at all stages of their careers in their personal, vocational, and leadership development. Aaron regularly teaches courses on resilient ministry leadership, and discipleship in the Digital Age.
Aaron is also the founder of Awaken Leadership Solutions, a coaching and consulting company that helps leaders and teams improve performance through deep learning.
Wendy Fisher, Associate Director of Lifelong Learning
Wendy Fisher has served in several roles focused on spiritual formation and pastoral care - including within a congregation, as a hospital chaplain, and as a college instructor. As part of the Lifelong Learning team, Wendy seeks to support ministry leaders in their callings and spiritual lives. Wendy also connects with leaders as a certified spiritual director, offering companionship in their relationship with God.
