3300 Building - Housing Page

Calvin Seminary offers seminary owned housing to students located on-campus. With a variety of housing options, Calvin Seminary can accommodate most situations - from a single student to a family.

3300 Apartments (On-Campus)

The 3300 Apartments are conveniently located on the campus of Calvin Seminary, south of the main building. The building has 7 one-bedroom apartments, 19 two-bedroom apartments, and 20 three-bedroom apartments. Each apartment includes a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. The building has ample storage, study areas for individual or group work, a community room, and an outdoor area with playground, gas grills, and a firepit.

Knollcrest East Apartments (On-Campus)

The Knollcrest East Apartments are located on the campus of Calvin Seminary and University. All buildings listed below include a basement with a FREE laundry facility, storage and playroom space. Each apartment includes a stove, refrigerator and an air-conditioning unit. There is a playground on site, as well as patrolled campus security. Built into the monthly rental fee is a $85.00 utility charge.

Non-Seminary, Housing Options

There are many non-seminary housing options for students in the area. Securing one of these options is the responsibility of the student. Sometimes local landlords make options known to CTS that are not known to the public, so please feel free to check with the housing manager to see if there are options available.

**Price of some of the units at 3300 Burton may differ.  There are a few apartments that do not have a balcony or patio.  There are a few 2 bedroom apartments that do not have a half bathroom.

Discover Your New Home

Once you have been admitted to Calvin Seminary, you may apply for housing. Priority consideration is given to applicants who submit their housing applications by April 1 for the fall semester. Applications received after April 1 will still be considered, depending on availability. Applicants for the Spring semester will be considered, depending on availability.

Distance Student Housing

Your Home Away From Home

If you are a student in one of Calvin Seminary’s distance learning programs, you will need to find housing in the Grand Rapids area for two 5 day on-campus sessions each year. You are responsible for the cost of your housing during on-campus sessions. When you are enrolled in the program, there will be resources to help you find lodging or roommates for your stay here.

Located on the campus of Calvin, the Prince Conference Center offers over-night accommodations for guests. Online house and room-rental options, such as Airbnb, is also a popular choice.
