Lifelong Learning Cohorts

Adaptive Leadership Cohort

Equipping Christian leaders to lead organizations through uncertainty and change.

Program Overview

Leading and managing change is complicated, demanding, and often lonely work. We’ve designed the Adaptive Leadership Cohort to support, connect, and equip leaders.

The Cohort is a 6-month experience designed to equip and support Christian leaders while navigating significant change in their organizations.  In the past, we’ve had pastors, heads of schools, and non-profit executives participate. The experience kicks off with a 3-day in-person workshop and continues with 5 monthly cohort meetings via Zoom. We limit our cohorts to 12 participants in order to maintain a small group feel. The in-depth and sustained support helps you achieve the changes you are seeking!

Stop leading in isolation. Join a professional network of support that will equip you to follow your leadership calling without sacrificing the well-being of yourself or those around you.
