Empower is a Competency-Based Masters Level Program: Flexible, Customizable, and Experience-Focused
Through Empower, you’ll have the opportunity to pursue a Master of Arts or Certificate in Christian Leadership without leaving your ministry context. Our competency-based delivery format offers an individualized learning plan, regular meetings with mentors, and in-context ministry activities that are designed to form you into an effective leader wherever you’re called. Graduates of our Master of Arts or Certificate in Christian Leadership are empowered in personal formation, church multiplication, and flourishing in personal and ministry life.
