Registration & Matriculation
All students are required to register prior to (if online) or on the days scheduled at the beginning of each quarter. A fee of $50.00 is charged for late registration. No student is permitted to register for an academic load exceeding a total of 16 credit hours and field education units in any one quarter without the permission of the vice president for academic affairs. Registration materials are available on registration day and should be filled out and turned in at that time. All students are required to provide proof of adequate health insurance for themselves and their dependents as a condition of registration. All students will also be required to show proof of immunization at the time of registration.
Tuition is payable on the first day of class. Students are encouraged to make payment on that date or as soon as possible after that date. Registered field education units are billed in the same way as course credits. Full payment is due by October 15 for the fall quarter, January 15 for the winter quarter, and April 15 for the spring quarter. Payment after these dates is subject to the late payment fee of $5.00 per month. Degrees will not be awarded, participation in commencement ceremony will not be possible, candidacy recommendations will not be made, nor will a transcript be provided until all financial obligations have been met.
