Poster Policy (Bulletin Board)

  1. All notices and posters must be approved and stamped at the Dean of Students office located in the Student Center.
  2. Posters concerning off-campus events or private profit-making operations may only be posted with the permission of the Dean of Students.
  3. Posters will be stamped for a period of no more than 30 days.
  4. No posters in the seminary building may ever appear on glass doors or windows with the exception of same day announcements of campus emergencies, or urgent announcements from the President’s, Vice-Presidents’ or Dean of Students’ office.
  5. Posters may be posted on BULLETIN BOARDS ONLY.
  6. Posters should be no larger than 11″ x 17″.
  7. Seminary employees may post articles and announcements outside of their offices or on their office doors. These articles/announcements do not need to be stamped.
  8. Departments may set their own policies for bulletin boards in their departments.
  9. Only one (1) stamped poster per organization or committee will be allowed on each bulletin board.
  10. Exemptions to the poster policy, as describe above, may be obtained in special situations from the Dean of Students.
  11. All approved posters eligible for posting on campus will need to include the name of the sponsoring organization and a date.
  12. BUILDING MAINTENANCE, FACULTY, AND OTHER STAFF MEMBERS WILL ENFORCE THE POLICIES REGARDING PLACEMENT OF ALL POSTERS REGARDLESS OF THE ORGANIZATION OR COMMITTEE ORIGIN.
