Please complete the following steps BEFORE beginning this application:
1. You must be admitted to a degree program at Calvin Theological Seminary to be considered for scholarship.
2. Review the Estimated Cost of Attendance form and note any adjustments you feel necessary. (You will be asked this on the application)
3. Have your most recent tax returns and bank balance information.
4. In addition to this form US Citizens must also complete the FAFSA form. ALL students must complete entrance counseling. Please visit our Financial Aid Process page to make sure you have completed all of the necessary steps.
5. You must be logged into your seminary account in order to submit this application. Only calvinseminary.edu email addresses will be accepted.
