Tim Bruinsma

Housing Manager
B.S (Calvin College, 2002)

Tim Bruinsma was born and raised in Grand Rapids, and graduated from Calvin College with a B.S. in Accounting. Tim has worked at Calvin seminary as a representative of the company K.S.C. Properties since 2004. As the manager of student housing, he handles day-to-day operations of the apartments as well as student placement, accounts payable, and planning for capital improvements. Tim particularly enjoys the variety in his work-no two days are the same!

Tim has been married to his wife Kate since December 2002. They have a son, Dylan, born April 2005, and a daughter, Natalie, born in December of 2006. His hobbies include playing and watching any sport and spending time with his family.
