Jennifer Settergren understands the issues involved in funding a seminary education and it is with this understanding that she carries out her work in the Financial Aid office. Jennifer has daily contact with students regarding their financial situation, which involves counseling, assistance with applications and distribution of funds. Jennifer enjoys helping students relieve some of the financial stress that comes with attending seminary.
"The decision to follow a call and attend seminary is a difficult one for some. I have found that taking some of the financial burden off of a student makes that decision easier. That is what we do in the financial aid office."
Jennifer is originally from Cadillac, MI and she graduated from Calvin College with a B.A. in Business and Communications. Jennifer is married to Jim, has a step-daughter - Courteney, and two daughters Claire and Lilly. Jennifer attends Princeton Christian Reformed Church in Kentwood. She makes custom diaper bags and enjoys scrap booking.
